An update was recently made to the Applicant and Project Financials section of the MBPS Program Procedures. The following sentence was added on page 13: In the alternative, applicants who have substantial operations outside of West Virginia may fulfill the requirement by submitting information documenting the approximate scale of operations across the company relative to the size of the proposed project. Please refer to the MBPS Program Procedures document linked to in the left column.
