The West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council welcomes the Microsoft Corp. to West Virginia! Microsoft announced the selection of Skylark Wireless to extend broadband access to thousands households in Mingo County  as part of its Airband Grant Fund. West Virginia is one of eight locations selected in Microsoft’s innovative Airband Grant initiative. Read more here.
