Council Member Featured For “Quiet” Work

West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council member Mike Holstine was profiled for his role in managing the “radio quiet skies” in and around the Green Bank Observatory in Pocahontas County.  Mike is the current Secretary-Treasure for the Council and is the Business Manager at the Observatory.
