Broadband Feasibility Study Submitted to the WVBEC by Appalachian Power Company and Wheeling Power Company

The Appalachian Power Company, doing business as the American Electric Power Company (AEP), has submitted a feasibility study to the West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council pursuant to West Virginia Code Sec. 31G-4-5 for a proposed project in portions of Logan and Mingo Counties, in West Virginia  The Council will consider the feasibility study and any public comments upon that study at its November 14, 2019, meeting held at 10:00 a.m., at the West Virginia State Capitol, Building 3, First Floor Conference Room 124. The Council will consider comments on the study that are submitted by email to WVBroadbandCouncil@wv.gov, and those mailed and received prior to November 14, 2019 to the West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council, West Virginia Department of Commerce, at Building 3, Suite 600, 1900 Kanawha Blvd. East, Charleston, WV 25305.
