CHARLESTON, W.VA — Today, the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, Office of Broadband (WVDED) is publishing an updated version of its Initial Proposal Volume 2, as approved by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). NTIA originally approved West Virginia’s Initial Proposal Volume 2 on April 18, 2024.
This revised version, approved by NTIA on December 17, 2024, updates Section 7. Labor Standards and Protection, Text Box 2.7.2, to better match West Virginia’s existing labor standards. View the revised version here: West Virginia Initial Proposal Volume 2.
